Warranties explained

1 Year/3 Year 8hr Response + 8hr Fix

An 8 hour response + 8 hour fix warranty supplies you with an engineer within 8 hours - this is the maximum time allowed for the engineer to attend site from the time of the service request. The fix time is the additional maximum time allowed for the engineer to provide the end user with a fix or satisfactory working solution. Standard maintenance cover is on-site UK mainland only, parts and labour inclusive (unless otherwise specified). All of the maintenance costs quoted on the website are per annum unless stated otherwise. The standard hours of cover for the scanners are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm excluding Bank Holidays.

3 Year Advanced Swap-Out

Should you have any problems with your unit within 3 years you will receive a replacement within 3 working days. It's that simple.
