Telephone Helpdesk / Support
We are able to support your users and infrastructure through a variety of means. The first stage of solving any technical issue is logging a call with our helpdesk, either by picking up the phone or by logging a call via our on-line helpdesk system. Our helpdesk is always manned by qualified engineers. This means that when a user calls the helpdesk they will always speak with a qualified engineer. Our engineers, where possible, will talk the user through to resolution there and then.
Remote Access Support
When it is not possible to resolve the issue by simply talking with the user, we are able to utilise our Remote Access support solution. This enables us to provide a higher level of support as our engineers are able to remotely view the users PC and control it as if they were sat in front of it. This form of support is totally secure, and is controlled at all times by the user. Currently over 96% of all calls logged are solved using Remote Access Support.
On-Site Support
There are times when neither Telephone or Remote Access support are enough to resolve issues. When this occurs we ensure that a fully trained and experienced engineer is on-site as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
