Although it is a rare occurrance, there are times when a site visit is neccessary to fix your scanner.
We have engineers on-hand all around the UK, so we can guarantee a quick response.

on-site service, we recommend you purchase an additional warranty which will ensure a rapid response
and offer you unlimited call outs.
We also support out-of-warranty scanners, regardless of whether you bought it from us or not. Please

Scanner servicing
Like most hardware products, after months of heavy use it is sometimes neccessary to give the scanner
a once over. The internal components will be cleaned and any faulty parts replaced. We restore the scanner
to it's original condition.
