Although it is a rare occurrence, there are times when a site visit is necessary to fix your scanner. We have engineers on-hand all around the UK, so we can guarantee a quick response.

Scanner servicing and maintenance
Like most hardware products, after months of heavy use it is sometimes neccessary to give the scanner a once over. The internal components will be cleaned and any faulty parts replaced. We restore the scanner to its original condition.
