The SX-1000U seems very straightforward to set up and performs well in our application where it's acting as an interface between an Ethernet network and a USB based measuring instrument. So I would definitely give it a rating of 5 (excellent).

I would also just like to say a few words about the helpful attitude of your company, with phone calls to inform me of the delivery status and a later call to check that everything was alright. Much appreciated.
